Role DescriptionWe are seeking a creative, organized, and data-driven Digital Marketing Assistant to support the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives across multiple online channels. The role involves assisting with content creation, social media management, email marketing, digital campaigns, website updates, market research, and performance reporting. You will help coordinate campaign activities, monitor key metrics, conduct audience and competitor research, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical thinking, has a strong interest in digital trends, and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining consistent brand quality and attention to detail.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, content marketing, and online customer engagement.Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, content management systems, and email marketing software is advantageous.Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, website analytics, and campaign performance measurement is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas aligned with brand objectives.Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and track key performance indicators.Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva or similar content creation tools is advantageous.Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proactive, adaptable, curious, and eager to learn new digital platforms, tools, and marketing trends.
