Warehouse Assistants - Automation Picking & Decanting

We’re a well-established Sunshine Coast business with 30 years of success and we’re just getting started. As Australia’s leading distributor of natural, organic, and eco-friendly health products, we have a strong appetite to excel. Our team of over 190 team members currently operating across 6000sqm of Warehousing space in Aura.

About the Role

This role works directly with our automation system, splitting the day across two key functions: order picking and decanting. The main responsibilities are:

• Work at the automation pod, picking orders directly from the automation system, boxing them with precision, and sending them to dispatch

• Replenish the automation system by decanting our products into the system’s totes

• Pack orders to company standard with strong attention to detail

• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive working environment

• Conduct Warehouse Support tasks as directed

Casual hours will be rostered Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, with the potential to work Saturday shifts, 7:00am - 3:00pm.
