Hi there! I’m a 42-year-old father of four, living in a lively and loving home in Byford with my wife, kids, and Frankie, our playful Boxer puppy. I’m looking for a reliable, compassionate, and energetic support worker to join my fantastic team who helps me live life to the fullest every day.

We’re a fun, close-knit bunch who love a good laugh and thrive on positive energy. I may be a quiet person at first, but once I feel comfortable, you’ll see my cheeky side come out—especially with my family around! Our home is full of banter, warmth, and teamwork, and we’re excited to welcome someone who fits right in.

What We’re Looking For:

·         Someone confident in bowel care, catheter care, and personal care assistance

·         Physically fit and ready to lend a hand with daily routines

·         A great sense of humour, personality, and a genuine passion for making a difference

·         Reliable, respectful, and ready to be part of a dynamic team

Support Hours:

My team support me across Monday to Sunday, typically:

·         Morning: 6am – 2pm

·         Afternoon: 5pm – 9pm

A variety of supports are available across the week and with the right workers, we can schedule support hours together to find the best fit.

Essential Qualities and Experience.

• Valid Driver’s Licence

• Reliable vehicle

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one.

• Current Apply First Aid completed within 3 years, or willingness to obtain one.

• Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one.

• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills

The successful candidate/s will also be required to have completed or complete the following training; 

• Infection Prevention & Control 

• Manual Handling A

• Medication Management

• Bowel Care

• Catheter Care

• Wound & Pressure Care

• Working With Children Check
