Construction Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and organised person to manage our warehouse, tools, equipment, materials and site deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily and upcoming site runs.

• Load and unload vehicles.

• Deliver tools, materials and equipment to sites.

• Order, receive and check materials, tools and equipment.

• Maintain stock levels and assist with stocktakes.

• Maintain tool registers and track equipment.

• Inspect, clean and carry out basic maintenance of tools and equipment.

• Arrange repairs or replacement of damaged or faulty equipment.

• Ensure tools are serviced and calibrated when required.

• Keep the warehouse, storage areas and vehicles clean and organised.

• Liaise with suppliers, trades and site teams.

• Follow WHS requirements, including manual handling and load restraint.

Requirements

• Clean, unrestricted driver's licence — MR preferred.

• Current White Card.

• Good organisational skills.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Able to work independently and manage competing requests.

• Comfortable dealing with trades, suppliers and site teams.

Salary: $86,000–$90,000 +Super & Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + eTag
