Opening in September 2026, East Pavilion is a brand-new, multi-million dollar, 220-seat waterfront restaurant within the iconic Shoal Bay Country Club precinct, directly opposite Shoal Bay Beach.

Inspired by the port cities and coastlines of Asia, East Pavilion celebrates bold, generous Chinese cooking designed to be shared. Wok-fired dishes, premium produce and genuine hospitality come together in a stunning coastal setting, where two coastlines finally meet at one table.

We're seeking experienced Section Waiters to help create exceptional dining experiences and bring East Pavilion to life from day one.

The Opportunity

As a Section Waiter, you'll play a key role in delivering genuine hospitality and memorable guest experiences while working alongside an experienced leadership team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new restaurant before opening, help shape the service culture and be part of building an exceptional team from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional table service and memorable guest experiences
• Confidently guide guests through the menu and beverage offerings
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming dining environment
• Contribute to a positive, professional and team-focused culture

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Section Waiter or in a similar restaurant role
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Current NSW RSA

Pay: $34.96 – $48.95 per hour
