This is a hands-on operations role where you'll provide Level 2 support across business-critical applications, databases, servers and supporting infrastructure. You'll investigate incidents, drive operational improvements and help maintain the integrity of systems that process high volumes of real-time transactions.

You'll also contribute to automation, monitoring and operational excellence initiatives, helping improve service reliability and reduce operational risk.

What you’ll do 

• Provide Level 2 support across critical business systems and applications
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve production incidents
• Own incidents through to resolution and post-incident review
• Monitor system health, performance and operational stability
• Improve monitoring, alerting and operational tooling
• Support production releases and service transitions
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call support roster
   

What you’ll bring  

• Experience supporting business-critical applications in production environments
• Strong Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server knowledge
• Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and operational issues
• Knowledge of monitoring, observability and alerting tools
• Understanding of ITIL-based service management practices
• Scripting capability using PowerShell, Python or similar technologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A strong commitment to documentation and knowledge sharing
• Experience in high-volume, highly regulated environments will be highly regarded
