Independent Sales Representative

BD SELECT, an HR consultancy established in 2001 and active in 30+ countries, is expanding in Australia. We're looking for self-employed Independent Sales Representatives to introduce our psychometric and talent-assessment tools to businesses, HR teams, recruiters, and coaches.

What you'll do

• Connect with companies, HR professionals, recruiters, and coaches
• Offer a free demo — one candidate assessed across three tests
• Help clients get started and grow their account
• Work remotely, on your own schedule

Earnings that build over time Your commissions are cumulative — every client keeps generating income month after month. Uncapped. As an indication, first-year earnings can range from approximately AUD 20,000 to $38,000+, depending on time invested — from a few hours a week up to full-time. With greater commitment, results can grow well beyond this in following years. These figures are illustrative and not guaranteed. Actual earnings depend on individual activity and results.

Compensation: Self-employed contractor (ABN required — free to obtain), commission-only. Language: English.
