The Opportunity A hands-on property management role managing a shared residential portfolio (approx. 230 properties) within a structured, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities - Manage a residential portfolio alongside another PM
- Oversee day-to-day property management with a focus on service and compliance
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with trades and contractors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Work closely with leasing support and VAs on renewals and admin
- Maintain accurate records with timely communication and reporting
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in systems, processes, and client experience
About You - Valid Property Management registration (or relevant WA real estate licence)
- Proven experience in residential property management (or strong APM experience for the more junior level)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- High attention to detail with a strong compliance focus
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable working within a structured, supportive team
