Our award winning film business which was launched in 2017 has made over 500 short and more than 30 feature length films. Winning awards all around the world. Our “Fashion Industry Broadcast” Youtube channel gets over 100,000 views each month at over 1 million minutes of view time.
Most recent works are " A JOURNEY INTO SOUND" a 7-part documentary (non-fiction) series on the history of electronic dance music to air globally on 2026. Also in 2026 a standalone "true crime" doc "HOW HOUSE CONQUERED HATE" and in 2025 a 6-part documentary (non-fiction) series that aired on Australian television (SBS, 9-16 December 2024) “The History of Australian Fashion- Past and Present, Season 1”https://www.sbs.com.au/ondemand/tv-series/history-of-australian-fashion-past-present-and-futIn 2024/25 we completed 6 full length feature films.
Role DescriptionThis is a professional film traineeship, a part time unpaid internship with an emphasis on editing, it is Mondays and Tuesdays 9.00am-2.00pm for 16 weeks.Whilst there is no guarantee of employment at the end of this Internship, it should be noted that this path is the way we have found all our paid team members, be they full time, part time, project members or other. So there is definitely possible future opportunities for the top people.
The Film Specialist will be responsible for video and film production, editing and filming including the creation of short and also feature documentaries. They may also be involved in writing and location filming related to film production. This role is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the industry and contribute to various projects within the company.
Our Internship meets the criteria of Fair Work Australia. We are flexible for study and exam times, for absences. We cover all expenses, travel, coffees and lunches when Trainees are out of the office on filming assignments. As well as our Certificate of Completion, many universities and colleges give Workplace course credits for completing this Traineeship. Each successful graduate will receive an official diploma on completion. Initially the Traineeships will be a for 4 month unpaid period, special talent may be offered paid employment before the 4 month period expires.
