The Role

We are looking for Casual Early Childhood Educators with Cert 3 qualifications who values partnering with families and is looking to join and help a passionate, capable and dedicated team. We want people who have a passion to provide our youngest generation with a rich education experience in a culturally safe space. 

Working with the IAC we also encourage applications from newly graduated Early Childhoor Cert 3 educators. 

You will have:

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or an equivalent recognised qualification.

• A current Working with Children Check.

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain these where required.

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A reliable, flexible and positive approach to work.

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
