Lead Melbourne's premium steel door installation team.

Adoore Iron Designs is one of Melbourne's leading suppliers of luxury steel entry doors, architectural ironwork and custom gates. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Installation Manager to take ownership of our installation department.

We are seeking a highly experienced tradesperson who understands installations from the ground up and is ready to lead a team, solve technical challenges and ensure every project is completed to the highest standard. This is a combination of being on the tools and making calls.

You will oversee all installation operations from the moment a job is ready for site through to final completion. Working closely with our administration team, you will coordinate and conduct installation, manage schedules, maintain quality control and return to site for any recalls whilst measuring any upcoming orders.

• Lead our installation team.

• Coordinate weekly installation schedules and allocate work efficiently off our ready made crm.

• Conduct site measures and technical assessments.

• Manage complex installations

• Ensure every installation meets Adoore's quality standards.

• Liaise with customers before, during and after installation.

• Coordinate deliveries & materials

• Manage warranty and service work.

• Identify opportunities to improve systems and efficiencies.

• Work closely with our administration team to ensure projects run seamlessly.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Extensive hands-on experience within the building or construction industry.

• Experience leading or supervising tradespeople.

• Strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read plans and coordinate multiple projects.

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

• Current Victorian Driver's Licence (Manual highly preferential) .

Experience installing steel doors, architectural doors, glazing, windows, balustrades, gates or similar products will be highly regarded.

• Full-time Monday to Friday position.
