Plant Operator - Plastics Recycler

Recycling Operators

Due to continued growth and expansion, PolyPipe is seeking reliable, hands-on Recycling Operators to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of recycling equipment, including shredders, granulators and pelletising machinery. You’ll take ownership of your work, maintain a clean and safe work area, and contribute positively to the wider production team.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• A current Forklift Licence

• A Chainsaw Ticket (preferred)

• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

• A practical, common-sense approach to your work

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• The ability to perform physically demanding, hands-on work

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members and management

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required

• Experience in recycling, plastics or manufacturing (desirable but not essential)
