Cleaning Team Leader, Youth Justice Services

Permanent role | Company vehicle during shifts | $87k per year | Career development opportunities.

Ventia is looking for a Cleaning Team Leader to support Youth Justice facilities across Parkville, Little River and Malmsbury.

While the role supports multiple locations, you will work at one site per shift, giving you the opportunity to focus on your team and maintain high cleaning standards.

Position: Cleaning Team Leader 
Contract: Permanent Full Time
Start date: ASAP
Location: Parkville, Little River & Malmsbury, VIC
Travel: Work at one site per shift. Company vehicle provided for work-related travel between locations when required.
Package: $87,000 per year, including super
Roster: Wednesday to Sunday | 6:45 PM to 2:21 AM

Your responsibilities will include 

Leading and supporting cleaning teams across three sites
Conducting inspections, audits and quality checks
Delivering on-the-job coaching
Assisting with shift coverage when required
Completing reporting and administrative tasks
Working closely with site management
Supporting the team during busy periods

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front, developing people and maintaining high standards across multiple locations.

What you'll bring

Commercial cleaning experience and the ability to support and guide team members
Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment, chemicals and processes
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence using computers and digital systems
Full Victorian Driver's Licence
Current Working With Children Check
Current Police Check
