St Hilda's School is seeking a dedicated and experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead our Outside School Hours Care service and vacation care program. This is a wonderful opportunity for an early childhood professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality, play-based programs within a supportive, faith-based school community.
This role is 5 days per week, Monday to Friday - 30hrs/week (Term Time), 38hrs/week (School Holidays) on site.

About You
You will bring sound knowledge of the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, together with demonstrated experience in a coordination, leadership, or senior educator role within an education and care service. You will have a genuine commitment to child safety and cultural safety, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse team of educators.
You are patient, flexible, and reliable, with exceptional personal presentation and a genuine affinity with children. You demonstrate integrity, maintain strict confidentiality, and exercise diplomacy in all professional interactions. You are willing to work flexibly across the school year in accordance with the needs of the role, and you bring initiative, enthusiasm, and an improvement-focused mindset to your work.
Above all, you will share a genuine commitment to working within a faith-based, girls' school environment, with personal conduct that reflects warmth, integrity, and the values and Christian ethos of St Hilda's School.
About the Position
Reporting to the Director of Pre-Preparatory (Nominated Supervisor), the OSHC Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the Service remains compliant with all governing legislation and regulation at all times. The role provides administrative oversight, resourcing, and pedagogical leadership for the delivery of curriculum in OSHC, and acts as an ambassador for the Service within the broader school community.
