Senior Brand Manager, Allergy

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager for our Allergy portfolio to continue the growth of our market-leading allergy brand and launch OTC to accelerate growth of the portfolio.

In this role, you will lead the brand strategy, build high impact strategic partnerships, and deliver initiatives that drive growth, strengthen customer engagement and deliver exceptional business results.

Reporting directly to the Associate Director Allergy & Eyecare this is a role based at our head office on Elizabeth Street, Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement brand strategies to maximise brand performance through insight-led marketing plans and initiativesMonitor business performance and optimise activities to identify growth opportunities and optimise brand performance.Manage forecasts, budgets and investment decisions to ensure strong return on investmentEquip sales teams with impactful resources and tools to maximise effectivenessCollaborate closely with Medical, Supply, Regulatory, Finance and Commercial teamsBuild and lead internal and external partner relationshipsDevelop marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and consumer engagement.

Experience And Qualifications

Bachelors' degree in life sciences or healthcare discipline7+ years' healthcare experience with3+ years' commercial marketing experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industryExperience in managing OTC Pharmaceuticals highly regardedExperience in a range of commercial roles in multiple therapy areas, sales experience valuedHighly strategic and commercially mindedAgile, adaptable, and responsive to change
