General all rounder including office work

South Coast Auctions are seeking a Casual General Allrounder.  This position includes office administration and some light yard work.

Casual position approximately 20-30 hours per week including 1 x Saturday a month.  These hours are a guideline and can be very flexible with days and hours for the right applicant.

South Coast Auctions and Fair Dinkum Builds Wollongong operate as one.  We are a family owned and run successful business.

This role will require:-

• Honest, passionate and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

• Must have profound computer navigation skills, will learn a shed building program.

• Strong communication skills.

• Organised with great time management.

• Accuracy in giving and taking deliveries.

• Ability to build customer relations.

• Shed sales or a building/construction understanding is an advantage, however full onsite training will be provided.

As an allrounder your main duties include the receiving and acceptance of goods and stock control in relation to the auctions.

As Illawarra’ s Fair Dinkum Builds Franchise your role would also include selling and marketing Colorbond Sheds, stocktake of kit sheds and associated components prior to dispatch and quoting using our in house shed building program.  A background or understanding in the building industry would benefit. The selling and following up of sheds and garages will contribute to a large component of your employment.
