Receptionist Medical and Aesthetic Dermatology Clinic - Full Time

Northside Dermatology is Melbourne’s one-stop destination for all things skin. Our state-of-the-art facilities and beautiful clinical surroundings provide an inviting experience for our patients and staff alike.  

Due to clinic expansion, an exciting opportunity is available for a full-time receptionist to join our busy, growing dermatology practice.

About the role

 - Providing warm and professional clinical service to patients

-  Making appointments across multiple clinics

- Taking phone calls and attending to non-medical enquiries

- Completing and maintaining documentation 

- Operating phototherapy machine (training will be provided)

- Billing (including Medicare batching) 

- Other administrative roles as they arise

Skills and experience

- Motivated with the ability to work under pressure and to be able to prioritise

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

- Adaptability to different IT platforms is highly regarded 

- Prepared to adapt to the changing environment that we, as a developing organisation, may experience
