Tiger Lane Canberra is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Full-Time Chef to join our team.About the Role:You will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting daily kitchen operations.Key Responsibilitie:Prepare meals for lunch and dinner, ensuring high-quality dishes and attractive presentation.Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment at all times.Prepare and ensure availability of mise en place as required.Implement stock control procedures, ensure proper rotation, and minimise wastage.Keep all working areas clean and equipment properly maintained and serviced.Report any issue to the Executive Chef promptly.Prepare and present menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.Ensure all food is stored and handled according to current food safety and hygiene regulations.Requirements:Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)Previous experience as a Chef with expertise in Asian cuisineAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork and communication skillsKnowledge of food safety standardsWhat We Offer:* Full-time position* Competitive salary* Supportive team environment* Opportunity for career growthApply now by sending your resume to hr@tigerlane.com.auPay: $76,000 - $100,000
