Cert III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support (Ageing) (Essential)Recent National Police Check (within 12 months) (Essential)Genuine empathy that shines through your careStrong communication and leadership skillsA true team player who thrives on collaborationPassion for continuous learning and improvementWhole-person awareness (physical, social, emotional)Excellent time management and tech skillsStrong clinical judgment and problemsolving ability

About the Role

As a PCA, you’ll deliver daily personal care and meaningful support that truly reflects each resident’s individuality. This aligns with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, which place older people at the centre of their care experience - ensuring their identity, preferences, culture, and goals guide the care they receive.

You’ll play a key role in bringing this personcentred approach to life.

Your Responsibilities Include

Providing daily personal care and support to residentsMaintaining accurate records and documentationCommunicating professionally with residents, families, and staffSupporting each resident’s unique needs with respect and dignityMaintaining privacy and handling feedback sensitivelyWorking flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, and nightsBeing available for weekend and weekday shifts (permanent parttime)
