To hit the ground running, you'll need:

• A minimum of 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience
• Proven experience in clinical supervision, mentoring, and/or education support
• A genuine passion for fostering continuous learning and improving clinical outcomes
• The drive to support and strengthen workforce development at every level

Your expertise will be called upon across a broad and exciting scope of practice, including:

• Clinical support and education
• Program development and workforce capability
• Clinical leadership and practice excellence
• Promoting and advocating patient and resident-centred care practices
• Quality, safety, and improvement support
• Professional conduct and development support
