Sales & Reception Administration Assistant

The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident in dealing with customers, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to become an integral part of a locally owned and expanding business. This requires an early start at 6 a.m which means an early finish, this is a full time role for the right candidate.

• Welcoming customers and managing front reception

• Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries

• Assisting customers with sales enquiries and orders

• Preparing quotes, invoices, and purchase orders

• Purchasing and stock control

• Coordinating deliveries

• Maintaining filing systems and project documentation

• Banking, post office runs, and occasional business errands

• Assistant to the director
