About the role
SNL Building Constructions is a locally owned and operated construction company that has proudly serviced Newcastle and the Hunter Region for over 25 years.
We are currently seeking a full-time Development Assistant to be the friendly face welcoming clients and visitors to our office while contributing to a thriving workplace culture.
This is a front-desk role with a high-level administration focus, providing support across our construction and development teams. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering exceptional customer service and professional administration support.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Answering and directing incoming calls using Microsoft Teams
Creation of Handover Packs for developments
Tracking and coordination of development sales
Liaising with real estate agents, legal teams, strata companies, and internal Development and Construction teams
Coordinating client selections and upgrades with the Construction team
Managing the defect process with the Construction team
Providing administrative support across the organisation
Managing stock inventory including stationery, uniforms, office and kitchen supplies
Coordinating fleet vehicle bookings
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
A minimum of 2 years' administration or customer service experience
The ability to work independently and unsupervised
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisation and time management skills
A confident and professional manner
A current NSW Driver's Licence
Prior experience in the real estate, property management, or development industry will be highly regarded.
