About the Role

We're looking for a customer-focused Sales Consultant to run our Moorabbin showroom on a part-time basis. The role has the possibility to move to full-time based on the candidate. This is a hands-on retail sales role where you'll be the face of Peace Lily for every customer who walks through the door, guiding them through our range, answering questions about our products and materials, and helping them find the right mattress for how they sleep.

You'll be looking after the showroom independently during your hours, so we're after someone confident working on their own initiative, comfortable owning the full customer journey from greeting through to sale, and happy keeping the space looking well-presented in between customers.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and guide them through our product range

• Understand each customer's needs and recommend the right product for them

• Handle showroom, phone, and email enquiries from initial contact through to sale

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects Peace Lily's premium brand and service standards

• Ensuring the showroom is presented to the highest standard at all times

About You

• Minimum 3-5 years of retail sales experience is required

• A genuine passion for customer service and helping people

• Computer literate — confident using Microsoft Office or Google Docs; experience with Aircall, Shopify, Intercom, ClickUp, or similar platforms is a bonus

• Comfortable working independently and owning the showroom during your shift

• Reliable and punctual 

• Mattress or bedding industry experience is a bonus, but genuinely not essential — we're far more interested in the right attitude, and we'll provide full product training
