Registered Nurse - Sleep Investigation Unit

Greenslopes Private is seeking passionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join their friendly Sleep Investigation Unit on a casual basis. 

The Sleep Investigation Unit is a specialised unit with 6 individual beds, operating exclusively during overnight hours. The unit provides diagnostic sleep studies (polysomnography) for patients with suspected or known sleep disorders.

The successful applicant will be responsible for set up and monitoring of patients throughout the night, record sleep-related physiological data and respond to any clinical or technical issues as required.

Essential Criteria

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 12 months’ experience working in a hospital setting 
• Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
• Highly organised with proven ability to manage time appropriately
• Demonstrates strong adaptability in dynamic situations
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
