Reformer Pilates Instructor - KX Pilates

At KX Pilates Blackwood and St Marys, we’re all about building strength, community, and confidence in our clients and in our team.

We’re currently looking for vibrant, passionate trainers to join our crew. Whether you're a qualified Reformer Pilates trainer ready to start now, or a fitness professional ready to make the leap into Pilates, we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for certified Reformer Pilates trainers who are confident, coachable, and ready to join the team.

To apply, you’ll need:

• A current Reformer Pilates qualification (from an accredited provider).

• Experience teaching Reformer classes is preferred, but not essential.

• Availability for a minimum 2 shifts per week.

• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver dynamic, inclusive classes.

Whether you're newly qualified or bringing years of experience, if you're passionate about helping people move better and feel stronger we want to hear from you.

We love working with aspiring trainers who have a strong foundation in movement, and the right mindset. You might have:

• A Cert III & IV in Fitness or

• A degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology or similar health based degree

You’ll need to complete an external Reformer Pilates qualification first but we can support you through the process and get you classroom ready when the time comes.
