The Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and manage a range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and age-related conditions for clients in clinic settings and, as required, in community or workplace environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive physical assessments, developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, providing manual therapy and exercise prescription, and monitoring client progress. The role also involves educating clients and caregivers on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and self-management, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating closely with other allied health professionals. The Physiotherapist may contribute to program development, quality improvement initiatives, and health promotion activities within the local community and partner organizations.Qualifications Appropriate tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration (or eligibility for registration) with the relevant physiotherapy regulatory body.Demonstrated skills in patient assessment, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based treatment planning for diverse client groups.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.Commitment to professional development, ethical practice, and delivering person-centered, culturally sensitive care.Experience in aged care, community health, or private practice settings is highly regarded.Current driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client or organizational needs, if required.
