More than just a sales role, you'll become a trusted partner to transportation professionals across Townsville, helping them improve productivity, safety, and jobsite performance through Milwaukee's industry-leading solutions. You'll play a key role in strengthening customer partnerships, delivering exceptional service, and growing Milwaukee's presence within the local transportation industry.

You'll engage directly with end users, deliver product demonstrations, and influence purchasing decisions through exceptional field execution. This role will cover the region of MacKay, Townsville, Bowen to Cairns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert users from existing brands to Milwaukee across all product categories.
• Aggressively acquire market share across all product categories in the assigned geographical region by converting end users to Milwaukee products.
• Together with the Field Sales Representative, liaise with authorised distribution partners to create the best value for both Milwaukee and distribution partner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
• Ensure Salesforce CRM is regularly updated and maintained to help support and improve conversion rates.
• Meet company expectations on salesforce calendar planning to ensure efficiencies and productivity.
• Be and promote being a high performing sales professional within the Milwaukee business.

About you:

• Ability to seek out and convert opportunities- must have a "hunter" mentality.
• Experience within the transportation, automotive or similar industry (preferred not essential).
• Experienced with using CRM software (desired).
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving capability.
• Full driver's licence and excellent driving history.
• Willingness to travel when required.
