Packing Staff – Patisserie (Casual, 5 Days per Week)

About the role

You will work closely with our kitchen production team to ensure all finished products are packed, labelled, and stored correctly in line with HACCP and cold-chain requirements. This role suits someone organised, accurate, and comfortable working in a food-safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pack, label, and prepare finished patisserie items for next-day distribution

• Follow HACCP, food safety, and cold-chain procedures at all times

• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail across all packing tasks

• Conduct quality checks on finished products

• Keep packing and cool-room areas clean, organised, and compliant

• Work efficiently within a small team to meet daily production timelines

About you

• Previous food handling or packing experience (preferred)

• HACCP or food safety training (advantageous)

• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work 5 days per week

• Ability to work in a cool-room environment

• Positive attitude and willingness to support the broader production team
