 What your day could look like

As Manager People and Culture Business Partnering, you'll help strengthen the workforce supporting healthcare delivery across the region. Working with a collaborative team, you'll lead people initiatives, support leaders and deliver workforce outcomes. Every day, you'll:

• Lead a team of business partners to provide trusted advice and workforce solutions.
• Partner with leaders on workforce challenges, change and workforce planning.
• Coach and develop team members to build capability and impact.
• Drive continuous improvement across people practices and services.

Let's Talk About You

You're a people-focused leader who combines strategic thinking with practical action. You build trusted relationships, communicate effectively and support leaders to navigate workforce challenges. Guided by compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage, you're motivated to make an impact. To succeed, you'll bring:

• Experience leading human resources or people and culture functions in a complex organisation.
• Expertise in workforce strategy, generalist human resources, employee relations, change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in a large healthcare or public sector environment and/or tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about helping people thrive and delivering workforce outcomes that support quality care.
