Randwick City Council is an innovative and progressive Council committed to serving our vibrant community on the eastern beaches of Sydney. Our Recreation Business Services team is seeking a Unit Lead Aquatic Programs.

Purpose:

Provide effective leadership of the swim school and its programs, including a safe environment for all children engaged in swim school, programs and creche.

About the role:

• Manage and continue to develop the overall swim school program, to ensure that the use of the facility is maximised and the needs of different user groups are met.

• Achieve annual budget revenue targets for the Learn to Swim program whilst achieving a consolidation rate of above 4

• Oversee the effective operation and ongoing development of the Randwick Swim Club, Crèche, birthday party program, and school aquatic programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and positive customer experiences.

About you:

• Tertiary qualification in relevant field and or equivalent experience

• Extensive technical knowledge and successful experience in leading swim school programs

• Demonstrated experience in achieving Income budgets
