Assistant in Nursing / Disability Support Worker (Casual)

🌟 About the Role

This is a CASUAL position within our SIL homes, offering flexibility across a 24/7 rotating roster.

In this role, you will support participants to live with dignity, choice, and independence.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Providing personal care and daily living support

• Supporting community access, social activities, and appointments

• Offering emotional and behavioural support

• Assisting with transport to appointments and activities

• Helping maintain a safe and tidy home environment (cleaning, laundry, etc.)

• Working collaboratively within a supportive team

🕒 Shift Details

• Casual position with flexible shifts

• Day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts available

• Sleepover shifts (including rest breaks)

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III (or higher) in Disability, Individual Support, or AIN qualification

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in disability, aged care, or similar

• Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities (desirable)

• Current First Aid & CPR

• Driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

• Full Australian working rights
