About the Role

Join a close-knit P&C team as our trusted generalist advisor. Based at our Abbotsford office (one day per week in Ballarat), you'll advise leaders, drive L&D initiatives, manage ER cases and contribute to culture projects that support our national network.

What You’ll Do

• Advise managers on employee relations and ER case management
• Design and deliver L&D programs across multiple delivery modes
• Support recruitment, performance and career planning frameworks
• Analyse P&C data to surface insights that drive engagement
• Build relationships and embed policy across the national network

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR or P&C role
• Strong communication, analytical, and coaching skills
• Ability to manage complexity and drive accountability
• Passion for people, culture, and continuous improvement
