We’re looking for a warm, organised Personal Assistant to join our small team at Burgin & Doyle. If you’re ready to bring your experience back in a role that fits around your life, this could be a lovely fit.

What you’d be doing

You’d be the person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, so our leaders can focus on the work that matters. Day to day, that looks like:

• Looking after diaries and calendars, and organising meetings so everyone’s in the right place at the right time
• Preparing emails, documents and the occasional presentation
• Keeping sensitive information private and handling it with care
• Helping meetings run well: agendas, notes, and chasing up the follow-ups
• Sorting out travel plans and expenses
• Fielding calls and emails, and flagging the things that need attention first
• Keeping our files and records tidy and easy to find
• Lending a hand on special projects as they come up

What we’re hoping you bring

• Some experience as a PA, EA, or in a similar support or admin role
• A knack for staying organised and juggling a few things at once
• Clear, friendly communication, in writing and in person
• Comfort with the everyday tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A careful eye for detail
• Discretion, and a genuinely proactive, can-do attitude
