Job description

Position requirement:

• Health Support Worker/Carer/Personal Care Assisstant (PCA).
• Support worker who can speak in Vietnamese also is a welcome additional for our diverse team and clients' bases.
• Full driver license with his/her own car + comprehensive insurance is a bonus. Depend on the locations, the job doesn't require staff's transportation.
• Must be willing to travel. Travel allowance budget.

Minimum qualification: Cert 3 & 4 in Home and Community Care or finish at least Year 1 Nursing student.

Minimum requirement:

Experienced in using hoists, applying safe manual‑handling techniques, and following established safety protocols when transferring clients in wheelchairs.

Shift duration: Minimum 2 hours per shift and regular short shifts on weekdays

Shifts availability: To be discussed during interview

We are currently looking for staffs who can travel to Inner Melbourne CBD and South-East Melbourne such as Malvern and Prahan to join our care team with long term commitment. You will be provided with support when you first start your job such as: shadow shifts, training documents and team briefing... to ensure you are comfortable and confidence while working under our company.
