About the Role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality nursing services across various health service settings, working in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centred care. Whether you're newly qualified or building on existing experience, this position offers the opportunity to grow your clinical expertise in a supportive and professional environment.
As a Registered Nurse at this level, you will consolidate your knowledge and develop from a novice to a proficient practitioner. You’ll be supported in your journey through continuous professional development and hands-on experience. You will take responsibility for your own practice standards and ensure safe, effective delegation when working with others, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
About You
You are a compassionate and motivated nursing professional who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute your skills and knowledge within a multidisciplinary team.
Registered, or eligible for registration, with the Nursing Board of Australia, holding (or eligible to hold) a current practising certificate
Strong communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Proven experience and clinical competence in nursing practice, aligned with current standards and quality frameworks
Sound knowledge of nursing roles, relevant legislation, codes of conduct, and quality improvement systems in a healthcare environment
