Site Administrator

About the Role

BT Energy is seeking a motivated and organised Site Administrator to join our project team in Karratha. This is a temporary six-month position with the possibility of extension, supporting the successful delivery of a construction project.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the site management team and assist with the day-to-day coordination of site activities. Applicants who are currently based in Karratha or the surrounding Pilbara region are encouraged to apply, although FIFO arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the site team.
• Maintain accurate project records, registers and filing systems.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports and correspondence.
• Assist with onboarding and site inductions for personnel.
• Manage timesheets and assist with payroll administration as required.
• Order and maintain office supplies and site consumables.
• Support document control and project documentation processes.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist the Project Manager and Site Supervisor with general administrative tasks.
• Ensure confidential information is handled appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient site office.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a site administration or project administration role, preferably within construction, mining or infrastructure.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider project team.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Desirable

• Experience using project management or document control systems.
• Previous experience working on remote construction or mining projects.
• Current resident of Karratha or the Pilbara region.

Pay: $57,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
