Service Coordinator

We are on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Service Coordinator to join our Service team based in the Emerald branch.

This role will see you organising the day-to-day Field Service & Workshop activities within the branch, including planning work fronts efficiently and effectively to deliver Hitachi's promise of Total Customer Satisfaction.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

Booking and scheduling all Workshop and Field Service works as well as managing invoicing and work in progressMaintaining a high level of customer communicationEnsuring safety and efficiency of field service techniciansEnsuring effective utilisation of equipment and resources in line with customer requirements and agreed budgetsPreparing and updating work orders and timesheets in a timely manner, maintaining documentation and warranty claims with 100% accuracy

About You – We want to hear from you if you possess the following qualities:

Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Scheduler/Planner or similar roleA strong customer service background with exposure to earthmoving or similar industries preferredAbility to demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills while managing your time efficiently within a high paced work environmentExperience in coordinating the opening and closing of service informationA strong ability to handle several tasks simultaneously with an ambition for achieving success
