At Cement Australia, our Fleet Allocators (internally called Delivery Execution Officers) are the engine that keeps our fleet running smoothly. You’ll ensure deliveries happen on time, liaise with drivers and customers, and solve issues before they become problems. This is a pivotal role where your impact is felt across our depots nationally.

Roster

We have three roster options available:

4:00 AM - 1:00 PM + every second Saturday
4:30 AM - 1:30 PM + every second Saturday
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM + every second Saturday

Perks:

Once fully trained, flexibility to work from home 1 weekday and 1 Saturday per month

Competitive Salary: Total package of $108,946, inclusive of super
Bonus Pay on Your Days Off: Come in on your rostered day off and earn $600 for a full day or $400 for a half day, paid straight to you.

Your Opportunity

In this role you will:

Scheduling and allocating deliveries to meet performance and customer delivery targets (DIFOT).
Working closely with drivers and contractors to manage daily fleet operations.
Monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely delivery based on customer needs.
Responding to delivery issues quickly and efficiently – you’ll be our problem-solver.
Keeping communication clear and proactive between internal teams and customers.
Operating safely and responsibly in line with our SHEQ standards.

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in fleet allocation, scheduling, or transport operations.
Confidence with digital tools (Microsoft Office, ERP systems like SAP preferred).
Great communication skills, both with your team and with customers.
A cool head under pressure and an eye for detail.
Background in the cement, concrete, or heavy logistics industry is a bonus, but not essential.
