We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Interpreter / Warehouse Supervisor to join our high‑performing multi‑franchise dealership. This is an exciting opportunity to work across Mazda, Volkswagen and Geely in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

This position combines parts interpretation, customer service and warehouse supervision. You will be responsible for accurately identifying parts, managing stock, supporting technicians, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

• Interpret and supply parts for Mazda, Volkswagen and Geely

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

• Maintain accurate stock control and warehouse organisation

• Support workshop technicians with timely parts supply

• Use dealership systems confidently and efficiently

• Contribute to a positive, team‑focused environment

• Experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar automotive parts role

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

• Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner

• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Sound knowledge of motor vehicles and components

• Fast learner with a strong work ethic

• Customer‑focused mindset

• Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential
