About the role
MVC Plastering is looking for an experienced and reliable Subcontractor Plasterer to join our team, working across high-end residential projects throughout Melbourne.We specialise in quality residential work and are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has strong attention to detail and is confident completing all aspects of plastering.You will be working on high-end residential homes where quality and attention to detail are essential. Projects can include architectural features such as curved ceilings and walls, skylights, detailed bulkheads and custom finishes.

You Must Be Confident In:

• Battening ceilings and walls

• Hanging plasterboard to walls and ceilings

• Trowelling and stopping

• Patching and repairs

• Sanding and preparing for paint

• Working around skylights

• Curved walls and ceilings

• Bulkheads and detailed architectural features

• Reading plans and working independently

• Producing a consistently high-quality finish

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced plasterer with a strong residential background

• Experience working on high-end/architectural homes

• Excellent attention to detail

• Reliable and able to meet project schedules

• Able to work independently as well as alongside our team

• Own tools and reliable transport

• Valid ABN

• Strong communication and professional presentation

• Takes pride in keeping a clean and organised worksite
