Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Digital Story Editor, you will collaborate with our Video Content teams to drive Nine’s off-network distribution through a dynamic multi-platform strategy.
You will play a pivotal role in creating high-impact multimedia content that brings our news and current affairs programs to life for diverse digital audiences.
Day to day you will:
Produce, write, edit, and distribute engaging video content across all digital platforms.
Ensure all multimedia output aligns with Nine’s editorial policies and standards.
Collaborate with broader teams to create high-quality, shareable original content.
Utilise innovative storytelling techniques to reach and inspire new audiences.
Support the development of original short, mid, and long-form digital projects.
Tailor video assets to meet the specific needs of various audience segments.
What you'll bring:
A completed degree in journalism or a related field.
Experience in producing and editing compelling video and social media content.
Knowledge of horizontal and vertical formats, including TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
Practical proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere and Photoshop.
A passion for news and current affairs.
The ability to maintain high editorial standards in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
