Heavy Machinery Transport & Rigging – All-Rounder

We are a family-owned and operated business specialising in heavy machinery loading, moving and installation, and varied other Transport based in Stapylton, QLD.

We are looking for an experienced, reliable all-rounder to join our team.

This is NOT a Crane Operator position.

We work with a wide range of equipment, and we are happy to invest in additional tickets, training and licence upgrades for the right person.

Tickets & Licences

The following are currently required:

• White Card

• Forklift Licence

• HC Truck Licence

• Truck mounted crane ticket desirable

Experience with other machinery, equipment or relevant tickets will be highly regarded.

Our Fleet

Our fleet includes:

• 40, 25 and 20 Tonne Frannas

• Mitsubishi and Mack fitted with truck mounted cranes

• Kenworth 200 and 409 with bunks

• Body truck with truck mounted crane

• Various trailers, including drop decks and flat tops

• Forklifts ranging from 1.8 tonne through to 12 tonne

What We Do

No two days are the same in our business.

Our work involves the loading, transport, delivery and installation of heavy machinery, including CNC machines, lathes, printing equipment and much more.

We work across a wide range of industries, including:

• Aviation

• Woodworking

• Food manufacturing

• Laundry

• Metalworking

• Manufacturing and other industrial sectors

We also deliver and plant a large number of trees, so you can expect plenty of variety!

We receive, unpack and pack containers at our Stapylton facility and regularly undertake general yard and machinery-handling duties.

What You Can Expect

Our work can be physically demanding and, at times, dirty and challenging. It is definitely not a job where you will be doing the same thing every day.

There are no set rosters. Our work involves a significant amount of overtime and weekend work, which is shared amongst the team as much as reasonably possible.

There is also a small amount of interstate travel. This may involve tarping loads, manual labour and other duties.

You won't simply be a truck driver here — we are looking for someone who is willing to be an all-rounder and get involved wherever needed.

A medical may be required as part of the role.
