What your day could look like

As a Registered Nurse in Ambulatory Care, you'll help deliver safe, effective and compassionate care close to home. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you'll support positive patient outcomes and healthier communities.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

• Delivering evidence-based nursing care that supports positive health outcomes and a great patient experience.
• Partnering with patients, families and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve shared goals.
• Using sound clinical judgement to identify risks, make informed decisions and maintain safe, high-quality care.
• Supporting continuous improvement, sharing knowledge with colleagues and helping build a positive team culture.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Demonstrated clinical nursing skills and the ability to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• A commitment to patient safety, continuous learning and professional development.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications relevant to clinical practice and/or experience working in ambulatory, outpatient, community or rural healthcare settings.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, supporting others and creating positive outcomes for the communities we serve.
