Casual Warehouse Manager / Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Reporting directly to management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our warehouse facility, ensuring stock is accurately received, stored and dispatched while maintaining a safe and organised workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Managing daily warehouse operations

• Receiving and dispatching furniture and commercial fit-out products

• Coordinating deliveries and installations

• Managing inventory and stock control

• Loading and unloading trucks and containers

• Maintaining warehouse presentation and organisation

• Supervising warehouse staff and subcontractors as required

• Scheduling incoming and outgoing freight

• Conducting stocktakes and inventory audits

• Ensuring compliance with OH&S requirements

About you

• Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Forklift licence (essential)

• Current driver's licence

• Ability to work independently and lead by example

• Experience using warehouse inventory systems

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Physically fit and willing to assist with loading and unloading when required
