Junior Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a Junior Warehouse Supervisor. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager, but you will be supported by a great team of people that follows our core values of Innovation, Care, Ambition and Excellence!

About the role:

·         Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment in adherence to WHS standards, policies and procedures, including safety State regulations.

·         Receiving, picking, processing, and dispatching of orders accurately and efficiently

·         Schedule and coordinate deliveries to meet customer requirements.

·         Monitor and manage warranty and returned goods processes.

·         Hand unload containers / using forklift to achieve an efficient stock handling.

·         Perform and manage stocktaking activities to ensure inventory accuracy.

·         Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align warehouse operations with broader business goals.

·         Update and manage bin locations for optimised storage and retrieval processes.

Key skills and attributes:

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

·         Previous experience, at least 2 years, in a Warehouse

·         Experience building relationships at all levels, clear and effective communication skills

·         Strong understanding and practical application of WHS policies and procedures.

·         Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

·         Forklift licence requiere
