Product Operations Lead - Fintech

We are looking for a Product Operations Lead to be the first point of contact for day‑to‑day operations across our card products. This is a pivotal role ensuring our payment systems, scheme compliance, and vendor partnerships run seamlessly to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
What you’ll do:Manage operational relationships with fintechs, and other scheme partners.Oversee card bureau operations and ensure compliance with scheme guidelines.Provide expertise in payment processing, scheme rules, and system interfaces.Act as the lead for vendor management, ensuring SLAs are met with partners.Support projects across schemes, payment systems, and switches.Drive vendor contract reviews, renewals, billing, and performance oversight.
What we’re looking for:Extensive knowledge of credit card products, schemes, and payment systems.Experience with VisionPLUS or similar receivable platforms.Strong background in scheme operating rules, switch processing, and message formats.Proven leadership experience (5+ years) in operations, vendor management, or team supervision.Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
