At HealthJoy Therapy, we're looking for a caring, reliable and motivated Physiotherapist to join our growing community team.

You'll support older adults, people living with disability, and individuals managing pain, injury or recovering from surgery to improve their mobility, independence and quality of life — while enjoying the flexibility to structure your work around your lifestyle.

✓ Choose your days and hours
Tell us your preferred schedule upfront. We offer flexibility while valuing reliability and consistency once your regular availability is agreed.

✓ Choose your work area
We service the North Shore, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, Hills District and Western Sydney. You don't need to cover all of Sydney — we'll aim to build your caseload around your preferred areas.

✓ Paid travel time + kilometres
Travel time between clients and eligible kilometres are paid.

✓ Full admin support
Our team manages bookings, rescheduling, invoicing, referrals and caseload allocation so you can focus on your clients.

✓ Autonomy + clinical support
Use your own clinical judgement to assess and manage your clients. Senior physiotherapists are available whenever you need support with complex cases, equipment or reports.

✓ Mentoring & career progression
Receive structured onboarding, ongoing mentoring and opportunities to progress towards a Senior Physiotherapist role.

You'll work with a varied community caseload including:

• Aged care

• NDIS and disability

• Neurological conditions

• Musculoskeletal conditions

• Post-operative rehabilitation

• Falls, balance and mobility rehabilitation

Your role will include physiotherapy assessment and treatment, exercise prescription, gait and balance rehabilitation, falls prevention, equipment recommendations, manual therapy where appropriate, documentation and report writing.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Happy to drive between community clients

• Willing to learn and ask for support when needed

Cantonese and/or Mandarin speaking is highly desirable but not essential.

• Current AHPRA registration

• Physiotherapy qualification

• Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• National Police Check

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Working With Children Check

• Australian working rights

Previous community, aged-care, NDIS or neurological experience is highly regarded.

$40–$50/hour + super, depending on experience

Plus paid travel time, kilometre reimbursement, flexible working arrangements, full admin support and senior physiotherapist mentoring.

We provide personalised community physiotherapy to help older people remain independent at home, support people living with disability to improve their function and quality of life, and help individuals recover from pain, injury and surgery through tailored rehabilitation.
