What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• A QLD Salesperson Registration or Real Estate Licence

• The ability to obtain QLD Salesperson Registration within 3 months if not currently held

• Loyalty, integrity, and a genuine commitment to growing with the team long term

• A strong customer service mindset and commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience

• A confident phone manner and strong communication skills

• The ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team

• Flexible schedule and weekends Real estate is not another 9-5 Job

• Impeccable personal presentation and a professional demeanor

• A driven, goal-oriented attitude with a hunger to succeed

• Ability to work under pressure in a high-energy environment

• A strong work ethic and ability to meet targets and KPIs

• The ability to build strong relationships with vendors and buyers

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and quick decision-making skills

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• The ability to adapt to new systems and processes

• Proficiency in computers, CRM software, and data entry (training provided)

• Basic familiarity with CRM software systems

• A valid driver's license and reliable transport

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Prospecting & Lead Generation: Database prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, letterbox drop-offs, and managing pipeline of sellers

• Warm Prospecting & Lead Generation: Follow ups and continue relationship building with existing clients and database. Door knocking around current listings

• Sales & Auction Assistance: Booking and preparing appraisals, assisting with private inspections, open homes, and auction preparation

• Client Engagement: Handling phone and email inquiries, building relationships with new and existing buyers and vendors

• Marketing & Admin Support: Assisting with marketing materials, social media content, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required
