Key Account Manager - SA

We're looking for a motivated Key Account Manager to drive sales growth, expand market share, and strengthen relationships across our trade network. You'll work closely with plumbers, merchants, hydraulic consultants, and key stakeholders to grow existing accounts and win new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

• Achieve sales and market share growth in line with business targets.
• Maintain a strong field presence to deliver monthly sales objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with plumbers, merchants, and hydraulic consultants.
• Regularly engage A-grade customers to drive loyalty and growth.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and influence specifications.
• Maintain CRM records and provide market insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals.

• Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience within trade, plumbing, merchant, or construction channels is highly regarded.
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing a territory.
• Commercially minded with a customer-first approach.
• Current driver's licence.
