About the Client

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Process Worker to join our client’s batching area within a well-established food manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for on-call, day-to-day position, with shifts offered based on production requirements.

About the Role

You will be working in the batching area, ensuring ingredients are prepared, measured, and handled safely and efficiently.

• AM Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM — $37.26/hr + Super

• PM Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM — $41.73/hr + Super

• Employment: On-call / day-to-day basis

Key Responsibilities

• Measuring, preparing and batching ingredients

• Lifting and handling bags of ingredients, including 25kg bags

• Following food safety, hygiene and GMP procedures

• Working safely in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment

• Supporting production and maintaining a clean work area

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or batching (preferred)

• Experience with sanitization and GMP in a food production environment

• Experience working around high-speed production lines

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Available for immediate start

• Forklift license is highly regarded
